Admission Procedure

At NJV, the admissions process is selective. If you are interested to get your lad/lass admitted in NJV, you need to get in touch with our admissions office through our Inquiry Page to confirm the availability of space. If there is availability of space in the class/section that you have enquired about, we will encourage you to apply online through our Online Application Page. After completing your application online, you need to print a copy of the same and submit/send it to our office along with the required documents and fee.

Please note that the school requests the following from all applicants:

• 1) Application Fee
• 2) Copy of the student’s birth certificate
• 3) Copy of the Aadhar Card of the child
• 3) Two passport size photograph of the child
• 4) Previous School Records, i.e. TC, Progress Report etc, if any

You can also download the Application Form from our website and submit the duly filled in form in our office along with the documents and fee stated above. On receiving your application along with the required documents and application fee, we will get in touch with you to schedule a friendly interview and assessment.

On receiving confirmation of admissions, you need to pay the Admissions Fee and the 1st installment of the Composite Annual Fee within the scheduled date. On receiving the payment, admission process will be deemed to be complete.
