Club Activities

There are a variety of club activities available at NJV. Club activities are conducted usually on Saturdays.

Animation Club

In animation club we will play with a variety of animation styles including cut-out puppets, drawn animation, pixelation, computer animation, flip books and experimental materials.  Children will learn techniques for bringing any object to life! This club is perfect for first-time animators! Animation Club is open to students in grades 6–10.

Art Club

Art Club will be doing a variety of activities ranging from the high brow conceptual to the messy-for-fun. This Club is a fun way for students to learn about making household objects into works of art. The activities are easy, thought-provoking, and educational. Crafts explore themes such as culture, science, and maths. Through these crafts, students learn background information about each of the themes. Art Club sparks students' creativity by exploring two-dimensional and three-dimensional art, photography, and graphic design. Art Club is available to students in grades K–8.

Literary Club

Literary Club students learn the arts of public speaking and critical thinking. While discussing and debating current events, they brainstorm ideas and utilize their research skills to dig up relevant information about the week’s topic. Facilitators then help students develop position statements, supporting arguments, and rebuttals. Debate Club is open to students in grades 6–10.

Music Club

In Music Club, Students enjoy performing, composing, or listening to music explore various musical genres, lyrics, and instruments. Members have opportunities to collaborate with others and exercise their creativity by designing their own musical instruments or participating in a virtual showcase and talent show. Music Club is open to students in grades K–10.

Science Club

Science Club gives students hands-on experience working with the scientific method, planning experiments, and observing the world in which we live. This club encourages members to identify the ways science affects their lives and their community. Students are taught the proper components of a science fair presentation so they can compete in a local science fair or share their project with other club members at the end of the school year. The Science Club is open to students in grades 6–10.

Maths Club

Math Club allows students to expand their math skills through logical and mathematical games. Children are also prepared for the Mathematics Olympiads held at national and international level. Maths Club is open to students in grades 1–10.

The first foremost aim of this School is to impart to the younga sound , moral , intellectual and physical education.
